Project Compassion 2012 Launch with Archbishop Denis Hart

Enjoy pancakes & a presentation by Fernando Pires, who was born in Dili Timor Leste and left in 1975 because of the conflict. He is now Program Coordinator for the Peace Building & Community/Family Violence Prevention Program with Caritas Australia.

Rachel’s Vineyard Weekend Retreat for those suffering the pain of an abortion

Open Doors Counselling Service runs Rachel’s Vineyard retreats for anyone struggling with the emotional or spiritual pain of an abortion. The retreat helps participants break down feelings of guilt, shame, anger and grief in a safe & supportive environment. Participants are encouraged to grieve the loss of their unborn children - all a part of healing.

Fr Robert Barron in Melbourne to launch groundbreaking Catholic documentary

Australian Catholic University will host a visit from the prominent US theologian, Fr Robert Barron across its six campuses.
Fr Barron is the creator and host of CATHOLICISM, a groundbreaking ten-part documentary series and study program about the Catholic faith.
